I've always liked Kieffer. My Ipswich mate has always liked Kieffer - we both keep up to date with his career. I suspect my Sheffield United mate will like Kieffer. What's not to like? Maybe not a key player in any club's history, as you say, but a likeable enough professional.
Leeds not trying to sign Moore cost them promotion. He’s the exact kind of player you need to see you over the line.
Ashley Ward had a similar story arch - made a lot of money from signing on fees, but an honest and hardworking player who always did a job at whichever club he was at. I’d say they were similar players but Ward was definitely a better striker imho.
