Kindle help PLEASE!

    Kindle suddenly this morning gone to "Text to voice" - cant use Kindle..everything just stuck on this voice.Anyone help please?

    Hard reboot. Hold down power button for what feels like ages. It'll reboot.

    Not that long!! Sounds like it's ******. Maybe just let it power right down itself and see what happens.

    Sorted! Finally managed to get it to connect Amazon Mayday - chap sorted it in about 30 seconds. Brilliant service that.

    Usually a reboot does sort out most problems.
    I've always found the customer services fantastic.
