To all the Barnsley fans who continually knock Ritchie,Shephard and Cryne etc,those who complain if we havn't signed a player before they've eaten there cornflakes in a morning,all those who question the ambition of the club,whats the next crib going to be.Once again the board has backed the manager (is that six or seven signings now)let them get on with the job of getting us out of this flea pit league.The motto should be,not shouting from the roof tops but getting on with the job.
