Sadly, i'm getting fed up them both. For a long time now I have been a Kozzy fan and always admired his dedication and workrate. The fact he's not left footed hasn't bothered me to say he plays left full back. But on yesterdays performance, along with the one at the Sty i'm afraid now that many of his critics on here are right. It must be gutting for a player knowing that whatever you do you're never gonna get a decision from such a (wnkr) as Tanner, but you simply have to keep your head. But even defensively he was extremely poor in both games. We simply have to sign a new left back before the end of the month.
And as for JCR what the fck is he playing at? Seems to be going the same way as Brian Howard to me. Always screaming for the ball, then fcking up when he gets it. His control was poor, distribution even worse, but his crossing was absolutely abysmal. What has he become?
Now I know this is not JCR's fault, but I don't know why after Kozzy got sent off that Davey moved Bobby to left back, then JCR to right back? Why disrupt 2 positions when Bobby was one of the better performers at right back - i Know full well that JCR has played left wingback before and done a good job there. That would have made more sense to me, but for me he should have just gone with a flat back 3 and kept 4 in midfield - we were losing FFS. No point preserving a 1 goal deficit. When he brought off Butterfield though for for Sodje, I was hoping and praying it was gonna be JCR that went off. Butterfield, like Hassell, was having a decent game.
Foster as MotM - what a joke. Haseell, Butterfield, or even Boggy were the best of a bad bunch.

You've always admired Kozluk - but two games have thrown that away. 2 games where most players have under performed. Over reaction? Also - Hassell at fault for the 2nd goal and McIndoe ran him ragged, was no better than Kozluk (except he kept his head). Butterfield was anonymous and Bogdanovic was a better player for Cov than he was for us. Broke every attacking play up by being offside.
I thought JCR had gone to a right wing-back position. Butterfield briefly seemed to take up a left wing back position before he went off.
both were /poo i would not play them tuesday night obviously kozluk cant play so lets see what potter can do and i would play hume on wing rather than campbell ryce.
Yes, most have underperformed. But quite simply there has been nothing there to say he will improve - not even a glimpse. Everyone else has shown something, but not Kozzy. Been a complete liability. Maybe you could call it an overreaction but so fcking what - to see players like him not giving a stuff for the majority of his time on the pitch - for me as a fan with the club in my heart really hurts. He is getting good money for basically what seems like not giving a ****. Maybe a new left back isn't exactly what we need. Possibly Potter coming in on Tuesday and having a right game might make Kozzy have to work for his place. Maybe a bit of competition will make him up his game. We certainly need someone there though that will make him have to earn his place, rather than him taking the shirt for granted.
I didn't say he had a good game - nobody did. We didn't concede a goal from his side so he can't have done all that badly. Can I just ask who you though was MotM then?
Yes mate, Boggy. Again, I didn't say he played well, but certainly had more desire than most while he was on.
Again - you cant just single Kozluk out. Stupid he was yesterday with the 2nd challenge - the worst performer he wasn't. Using your logic: JCR was extremely poor - do we get a new right winger? Hassell was garbage - new right back? Bogdanovic and Macken - highly ineffective - replacements needed. Hammill - why did we sign him? You started your first post off by saying your always rated Kozluk but two games into the season you've written him off. On that basis (and my opinion on yesterdays game) only Steele, Anderson and Foster should stay at the club.
Have you seen the goals? I think you'll find their second was scored from our right with Bobby ball watching.
FFS yes I may have overreacted, but what i'm saying is he needs competition to make him buck his ideas up. And where you are plucking Boggy, Hammill and Macken up from? This is your words not mine. It's quite obvious you wanna win the argument of my opinions - so i'll give in. You know my feelings better than i do.
I dont want an argument, let alone to win one. All I am saying is that you have singled Kozluk out after two games where not many players can say they have performed well. This is the player you have always rated. I used the other players as an example of how bad your over reaction was. Do you think we need to replace JCR permanantly after he has arguably been the worst player over two games?
As regards JCR, I can't judge the performance against the pigs as he had 2 players on him all the game. I will not criticise a player for being in that scenario - it's not fair. But Kozzy however at Hillsborough was at fault for one of their goals (i forget which) and generally got caught out time and time again. If any other position than a defensive one cocks up, usually it won't result in a goal - but i acknowledge that a defensive role is an unforgiving one when it comes to mistakes. Unfortunately how much longer can we put up with mistakes from one of our back four? Yes he also made mistakes last season - but maybe I had rose tinted specs on. Maybe now I am seeing what the rest of his critics are seeing. The lack of effort only seems to be on his part and none of the other players you mention - Macken, Boggy and Hammill.
I'd ask you to watch the goals again yourself. Their 2nd came from OUR left when Bobby was playing out of position. Maybe I didn't make myself clear initially - I meant nothing came from being 'run ragged by McIndoe'. Had Davey kept Bobby at right back, and put JCR on the left instead, things may have worked out differently.
Lol, I see what u mean. I meant it wasn't JCR's fault that Davey made him play right back, not that he couldn't control the ball.
