    wish my manager at work was half as good as this guy, just listened to him on player, think he will get the results in the end anyone who thinks and cares as much about his staff, cant go wrong in the long run, if he was my boss I would run my blood to water for him

    I think after listening to the press conference if you don't know what LJ is trying to do then you either just don't want to or your reasoning skills are those of a pebble.

    That said, 'best manager ever' ? - a bit strong that mate. I'm yet to be convinced by him, but if he is building a squad to challenge then we surely have to give him more than the back end of one season and 10 minutes of another.

    I suspect all our previous managers have cared for their team.

    The problem one or two of them have had is inspiring the team to serve up a product better than the pub team rubbish we seem to be dishing up.

    Perhaps Lee Jay needs a consultation with Mr Hoddles lady friend Eileen Drury!!

    Some of the best managers at work were the best bullshitters. This happens only so long then people twig on.
    After all the talk LJ has still to prove himself right.
