http://bit.ly/LUFC-2402 Got tagged on FB by a "friend" wallowing in their improved losses. Sounds like a contradiction in terms. Are there any football clubs that can survive in the current era without borrowing money year after year? Bolton, Leeds........ Got to acknowledge how much we owe Cryne, and not just financially. f*k that despicable scummy club leeds and more importantly, f*k their awful disgusting scummy fans. they still keep whinging on about what ridsdale did to them and that manure are still a big club rival to them. utter garbage from a set of moronic deluded 'fans'.
soz LD (and to everybody else as well), i think i lost it a little bit there but i know a lot of leeds fans and i grew up with them, and they are appalling even at the best of times. horrible club and fans to be honest!!
Interesting reading that article, particularly this bit: "The club's Grass Roots ticket initiative, designed to encourage groups of young people to watch live football at Elland Road, continues to be popular with 8,571 people attending during the 2014/15 season." Wonder how that works?
Sounds like a lot, but it's under 200 per match, even if it's only for league games. I'm assuming that they're using 'entries' as 'people'.
