Lad on the pitch.

    Why do these thickos not realise that it gets the club in trouble and could lead to hard fought points being deducted? Don't care about the arguments for and against, the point is, fans are not allowed on the pitch. I'm as passionate as the rest but don't invade the pitch to celebrate! So why was he cheered like some kind of hero?

    He didnt run on the pitch he was celebrating the goal and fall over the advertising boards and a steward said he ran on which he didnt, and the fans were cheering the cops for bringing him back

    They really did a great job earning their wages today terrifying a young lad out of his wits. Even if he had run on the pitch what they did today was inexcusable unneccesary humiliation of a child.

    Well done plod. It's no wonder you're losing the confidence of the public.

    Sorry but we are already on a warning following the Leeds game

    Anyway - isn't that what the cops used to do, according to my dad....they'd give a kid that stepped out of line a bit of a fright, and that would be enough to stop them doing it again. Shame the police can't do that more often if you ask me.
