Apparently she is Bruce Dyers wife. Absolutely fantastic voice singing of a beautiful Christmas Carol, Oh Holy Night. Got an excellent round of applause when she finished. Brilliant well done BFC.

Can't have too much Jesus at Christmas - whole point of it IMHO whether you believe or not. Otherwise it's just buying **** people don't need, eating stuff you can't fit in an getting **** faced for no reason. Again all IMHO of course!

Each to their own. Enjoy and be comfortable with it. Not one for ramming my beliefs down people's throats and never will be.

How can you get it rammed down your throat too much ?
It is Christmas, unless I have been wrong all my my life , Christmas is and always has been a Religious time?
If you are atheist, tell your boss you dont believe in Christmas and go to fecking work!
I find the problem with our Country at the moment is not too much Religion, just too much self importance ! Blame everyone else and want everything for yourselves, never think about helping anyone other than yourself!! Bloody sickening place to be at times.

    In your opinion !!

    In mine , No !

As I said above, it is something I have never understood, people say they are atheist then , have Christmas !!!! If you dont believe in religion , how can you celebrate the birth of Christ? Giving presents etc, all come from the Nativity story.
No , next year I expect to see more people working and Christmas a lot better for it !

Eh? Xmas has nothing to do with religion. The celebration of Saturnalia predates xmas for instance. December 25th was adopted by the Romans as the official birth date of Jesus as it was the end of the period of Saturnalia celebrations. A clever way to gain converts to the xtian cause some might say.

Anyway, xmas is an excellent time. As an atheist I love to vibe out at this time of year.

I missed Mrs Dyer today because I am in Cambridge but I'm sure she was very good.

It has **** all to do with anything other than Christ`s birth, Just because the Romans moved the date, it does not mean that it is about anything other than the birth of Christ.

I think the clue is in the name CHRISTmas, it does not say Saturnaliasmas does it ?
