lager top???

    sat in a pub far from home (salisbury.!) and have just heard 2 'blokes' ask for lager tops. is this the equivalent of asking a chef for well done steak?
    lager is crap anyway but if I were behind a bar and someone asked for that d be tempted to spit in it (unless it was for a lady of course,!)i

    Lager top is actually a pint of lager with a lemonade 'top' i.e 95% lager 5% lemonade

    i agree a poor idea for a drink still
