laptop issues

    bought a laptop about 3 months ago but on the sensor part where you can move your cursor half of the part doesnt work and when you move your finger on it doesnt work? is there a way to fix this or should i take it back

    ha ha cheers i know that trick, but as ponty72 said its under guarentee so be fine. you can help me on this though, i cant find the receipt but ive got my credit card statement which has it on (got it from tesco and shows the price on there when i bought it) will that be sufficient?)

    My sister in laws ex partner did that and the insurance company repaired it. But they got it back eight weeks later with the hard drive wiped clean and reset to original spec.
