    You can get a decent desktop for £300, with a flat screen monitor. You'd pay circa £450 - 500 for compairable laptop

    Is what laptops lack.
    Limited by their physical size.
    Best bet is to have a couple of big memory sticks if you use your laptop for games, i-tunes, movies etc.

    If tha wants games etc. yer best bet is a desktop.

    Laps have come on a bit in the last couple of years, but they're not quite theer yet.
