I think so

But i've never bought anything off them so my advice can be taken with a pinch of salt. I also have no idea if that laptop is any good either, I just saw that thread about 20 minutes ago and I remember there was a lot of fuss about the same laptop when it was last on offer and it was more expensive then.

Was going to suggest that myself.

My brother and another mate ordered the same laptops yesterday. Reight deal!

Ideally needs some more memory (RAM) but its cheaper to buy it from somewhere else. Dell's memory upgrades arent very cheap. 256mb upgrade on ebay is £29. I think its over a £100 on the ebay site.

Easy to fit. Just shove it in the back.

    Yeah they make good laptops.

I've had load of Dell Laptops over the years. Always good kit and hardly ever had any problems with them.

    Yeah

There's a wireless card built into that laptop. Checked it for my bro yesterday.

Obviously there are more swanky and more powerful laptops out there but I doubt many people need anything more than this offers.

If all you want is internet /email / office work on it then this will do the trick nicely. If you want to be doing powerful graphics or video work on it or playing latest games then you need to be looking at a higher spec machine.

Would be ok. Just need plenty of memory. Think video work you need a more powerful processor.

All I'd use it for is photoshop (just playing with it, nothing fancy), internet and maybe the odd game of football manager. Might have to give it a go

    RE: linkety link

I've had no problems with Dell, recommended to a few people as well. However, from those people who have had cause to use their service number for problems they aren't very good in that department.
