    For me, Devaney in charge with Stead Saturday
    IF we get the Play Offs then, keep Devaney in charge but bring in Hecky to help him just for play offs for a bit of experience on sidelines with him

    Then use Summer to get the correct appointment

    Whats others think?

    No faith in Devaney as a coach, but if the players are willing to play for him I reckon they can win on Saturday.

    Ideally want someone in before the play off semi finals to put a rocket up a few.

    Only way I’d agree if they said Collins wouldn’t listen to them, they won’t so they are the same fiddle playing the same tune.

    Experience of hecky in playoffs is a must.use his gained knowledge to keep players on top of their game through playoffs.
    Devaney has the knowledge of players' skills and knows where they are best used
    Would be a good mix..
    JOHN STEAD would be helpful to for attacking tactics as he probably has been for the successful part of the season

    Players not performing, manager gets sack, Team starts playing.....hopefully big play off push now.
