Won 3 Lost 8 Woeful run. And it started before we lost all our players. Seems to be the same every year.
Leeds was last game we put in a consistent good 90 mins. AND............we simply don't get owt from a game when we concede first. My predicition is 17th.
There seems to be a 'job done' attitude at the club where we get a bit of distance between us and the bottom 3 and put our feet up because our sole aim of avoiding relegation looks to have been achieved. The only thing I can't work out is who has this attitude because the players change and the manager has changed yet it is blindingly obvious that it is still there.
Totally unproffessional if you ask me. The fans pay for entertainment! forget about getting more than 12k watching the reds again if this is the ***** they serve up when they "think" they have done enough like this season after season. Theres no excuse for it, full stop!
its not just barnsley it seems to be a quietly accepted practice among football people if there's nothing to play for or they've done enough.
