Last game of the season

    Anyone know if our game with Brighton is likely to be moved to the Sunday, with all the other Championship games? I know that usually all the Championship games are played on a different day to the rest of the league, on the last day but I can't remember if it's Sat or Sun?

    They were moved to 12-30 kick offs but still on the Saturday if I recall correctly.

    I think you're right as I remember what I did last home game, last year, but I'm sure the year before it was a Sunday (when Wednesday went down). Remember going to a kids party in the heart of Wednesdayland, and trying not to look too overjoyed. Think that was a Sunday, but maybe I was wrong.

    It only matters cos I need to make some travel plans.

    The Sowls relegation bonanza was a Sunday I remember I was at a Christening plugged into radio commentary.

    Just looked on BBC website and end of season fixtures are

    Championship - sat 28th April all 12.30k.o
    Prem - sun 13th may 15.00k.o
    League 1 & 2 - Sat 5th may 15.00k.o

    So the championship will have a bit of a showpiece day with the league finished before other games kick off.
    It should be a good few weekends of football to see how all the ups and downs go.

    I thgink the championship ends this early to fit in play offs etc before the players are released for the euro's.
