We had 8 shots with only 2 on target 1 goal. Birmingham had 7 shots with 4 on target with 3 goals. That's what the difference was last night. putting the ball away!!!
I didn't think Birmingham looked like a top three team myself personally.

I thought the main differences were good fortune and ***** officials.

I think statistics can be very misleading

    Or are poorly analysed.

We were behind for the majority of the game, we desperately needed a goal, we should have been peppering the Birmingham goal, but the statistics show we weren't.

Birmingham were leading for the majority of the game. They were away from home and a goal up so there was no need for them to commit bodies forward. They simply needed to contain us. I think the statistics reflect that.
