up for sale £285k. Don't think it can be profitable what with the cheap ale, Sky TV subscriptions and live Entertainment to pay for. Anyone got any info? ta BT
dude how many establishments you got now!? What did you end up calling the one in Grimsby? Kwimcocks? lol - is it doing ok?
No it's doing ***** Should've called it Kwimcockers, that's where we went wrong! It's called Musika and we're selling it. We've got 16 now that we own and about 40-50 that we run for S&N, Punch, Enterprise Inns etc under management contracts. Keeping busy like .. you ok?
aye not bad although i feel im at a massive crossroads in my life..... Lets see which way i turn eh! And no if TFP is readin - im not thinking of turnin queer!
RE: aye not bad sometimes plowing on straight ahead ain't a bad option. I'm sure you'll choose wisely anyway.
You gotta do what you feel you'll only regret it if not. You might knacker it up, but you had the balls to do it anyway. Better than regrets imho. and remember - always spin CCW!
RE: Wrongly spinning around at a crossroads yep - hear what your sayin and agree..... am going for it!
Assuming that is a leasehold price, I wouldn't. Last Orders is far enough out of Wombwell centre to be off "the circuit". Weekend trade is a handful of Karaoke singers plus people from that end of Wombwell coming for first and/or last drinks on their way to/from the centre. Weekday/daytome trade is reliant on a handful of regulars. There's no space to extend it so kitchens are a non-starter (unless you use a dumbwaiter from upstairs) and its geographical location makes changing the character an unlikely success formula. Freehold, however, would be a different story as the building is a huge 3-storey place and the upstairs flat is gorgeous. If that's freehold, I'll have it to convert to flats!
RE: Angers also up for £7k Lease I think, £630 pw rent makes for an easy life, cos you aint got any people to serve
Sorry but when was the last ime I saw you in there, just asking like, being a regular, and you know who I am
