    up for sale £285k.

    Don't think it can be profitable what with the cheap ale, Sky TV subscriptions and live Entertainment to pay for.

    Should've called it Kwimcockers, that's where we went wrong! It's called Musika and we're selling it.

    We've got 16 now that we own and about 40-50 that we run for S&N, Punch, Enterprise Inns etc under management contracts.

    Keeping busy like .. you ok?

    Assuming that is a leasehold price, I wouldn't.

    Last Orders is far enough out of Wombwell centre to be off "the circuit".

    Weekend trade is a handful of Karaoke singers plus people from that end of Wombwell coming for first and/or last drinks on their way to/from the centre.  Weekday/daytome trade is reliant on a handful of regulars.  There's no space to extend it so kitchens are a non-starter (unless you use a dumbwaiter from upstairs) and its geographical location makes changing the character an unlikely success formula.

    Freehold, however, would be a different story as the building is a huge 3-storey place and the upstairs flat is gorgeous. If that's freehold, I'll have it to convert to flats!
