As I have mentioned previously, I'm working on a project to support people with Dementia, by creating "Sporting Memory Boxes". I am currently working on the ones for Barnsley, and have agreed with BIADS to give a box to them to use with the families they support. Therefore if anyone has any old sports stuff they're happy to donate, I will be happy to collect it. I need: Programmes, photos, books, dvds/ videos, scarves, rosettes, press cuttings/ scrap books, badges, old kit relating to any local sports teams. Obviously BFC stuff is good, but also cricket, rugby, motor sport, wrestling, boxing, snooker etc. Thanks to those who have previously donated. PM me if you have anything you want to get rid of. (preferably stuff from 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s) The boxes are used to help stimulate discussion and memories. Thanks
