RNL...loan? Why? Play the kid. If his attitude has dipped, is there any wonder at all?

    Shocking man management

I'd keep RNL and loan Jennings personally.

In the same category as Steele and Hassel. Though Hemsy probably doesn't hate him - yet.

Is he trying to 'manage' RNL out of the club ?

So RNL needs loaning out but Jennings is still very much in the picture. Top stuff.

    Seems that way.

A very different stance from giving RNL games and having earned it. All of a sudden he's not even in the squad.

RNL looks like he wants it. The treatment he's endured under Hill and now Flitcroft is bizarre in the extreme. I can see Rose and Digby suffering similar fates too.

if RNL isn't to get games at oakwell then a loan would be a good idea for him surely. The club need to pick the right team for him though and try and get him a good league one club.

Sheffield united would be a good short loan for him i think.

I wonder if there's a reason? There may be things going on we don't know about. It is kind of strange for two managers to do that.

I'd rather send him to Outer Mongolia than help those b'stards with anything and I am being serious. They are the last club on earth we should help with anything. And RNL should be getting games with us IMO.

I'd rather he did my washing and ironing than went to those thugs.

I'm looking forward to tonight's match. Although, I'll probably only recognise about half of our team.

at the moment he doesn't fit in to the system we are playing.

    Would Rotherham play him?

What i'm trying to say is i don't think it would be the best idea to loan him out to a club he couldn't travel to from Huddersfield.

I'd question the relationship between Flicker and the academy.

What is this terrible treatment, exactly? Other than not being picked?

Isn't it most odd to publicly state he's earned his chance to have a run then drop him from the squad completely? I know I'd be extremely annoyed at such treatment.

Every time I've seen him warm up and train he's looked hungry and keen to impress. He's got talent, a decent turn of pace, is tricky and a decent passer of the ball and a thumping shot. He should be in contention to start, not outcast like so many others with talent.

Quickly losing faith in this manager and the inconsistency of words and action.
