Good news on some players as Anderson De Silva, Diego Leon, Bobby Hassell and Rob Kozluk are all fit and will play. Stephen Foster is likely to be missing suffering from a lot of pain from a hernia, but may play through the pain barrier. He will need surgery at some point and will be out for three weeks when that happens. Hugo Colace will also be out again and of course Jamie Cureton has returned to Norwich on a 24 recall option.

On transfers Simon Davey says nothing yet, but he is hopeful although not close to one at the moment so the team plans will be with the squad that they have now.

On the Steve Howard rumour Simon has not spoken to anyone about that.

"I will play the same system as we have for the last six weeks with two up front. I need some others to take up the mantle in scoring goals. I need Anderson and Diego to start chipping in and sticking the ball in the back of the net, said Simon Davey. "If Jamie plays for Norwich at least we wil know all about him. We will have to be at our very best to grab all three points on Saturday."

"Last Saturday if we had all our players fit we should have won the game, although we should have won anyway. As long as we come home with three points I will be happy. I was sick when dominating against Southampton, but losing."

"We have no plans to revisit the Jamie Ward issue. We have to be strong and stick to what we offered. If we were going to waiver it would have been on the day.

Guess we can all stop wussing about possible transfers before the weekend then
