This pearler... "We have averaged more than two points a game for the last ten games, have a 10 million forward line, wide players in hot form, an international class goalkeeper and 13 out of the 15 points away but there is mass panic that we might get relegated. There are 15 games to go. One third of a fookin' whole season with us only about half a dozen points from the lofty heights of upper mid table. We are worried about a relegation rival whose entire survival strategy is based on a few journeymen chuck out strikers that just happen to be hitting it lucky at the moment. There's a reason that Ipswich released Scotland and released him to another relegation rival at that. The same with us and COG." Deluded cnuts.
have a 10 million forward line,an international class goalkeeper Thats brilliant. He must some how live in 2006 and in 2017 at the same time. Wickhams a good forward granted but hes not worth what Sunderland paid for him now. They bought him for what he might be like when hes 23/24 and not 19. Kirkland, hes been a good goalkeeper but hes not now. They released Jason because he wanted to play football, it was up to jason which team he picked. Didn't they go in for him?
Here was my response, on there... Our "entire survival strategy" is based on a few journeymen strikers? Blummin' ummer! And here was me thinking it (our survival strategy) was based upon hard work, scoring more goals than the opposition, and keeping the opposition out. There's nothing lucky about Scotland scoring three goals in three sub apps. I mean, is Lita lucky that he's scored 2 in 3? And the reason Scotland left Ipswich was simple - their manager didn't feel he needed him after recruiting Nouble (worst loan striker to ever play for BFC), McLean (not in Scotland's league) and McGoldrick (unproven at this level). And they've also got Chopra, who used to be decent but seems more interested in BetFred these days. Then, Jason didn't want to stay there either, so they mutually agreed to his release, and now he's here where he's wanted. They didn't get a choice where he ended up. And if you read their forum, their fans are wondering why they let him go, never played him. I don't know why any of you are worrying anyway, when as you say you have an international class keeper, a £10m strikeforce, as well as promotion form... MASSIVE, indeed.
