    Don Rowing tells me Brian Howard has been in contact with the club but a deal hasn't been discussed. No signings expected today. #BarnsleyFC

    @Iam_The_Don
    I have most certainly not spoken to @matthewmurray87 today. But it is true that Brian Howard has been in touch. #BarnsleyFC

    @Iam_The_Don
    I borrowed Brian's dvd copy of 'High School Musical' years ago and he's always asking for it back. And it's a pirate copy. Tight b*stard.

    I would like to see Brian Howard in High School Musical, but not in a Reds shirt again I'm afraid.

    Maybe he was checking the weather forecast to see if a night out in Barnsley tomorrow will be in order?

    Howard's desperate for a Club then? No one else wants him. Why the hell do we need a Judas when we have better players here?

    It seems a no brainer to me. Player wants to help us, something to prove, cheap wage, knows the club and the fans. If he's lost it then fine, just get rid.

    Brian Howard, loved BFC until he got his 5 minutes on MOTD and then decided he would screw us over for more money, now he has no club all of a sudden he loves us again? F*ck off Howard, would love to have him training for as long as possible with the team until he finally demands a contract and we tell him to go screw himself. Thats the way to treat money grabbing mecenaries who come back with a cap in hand.

    Understand your fury.

    BUT..............what if he trains well and looks decent? Give the lad a short-term end of season contract.

    If he is sh!te, then he needs tar and feathering at botton of Eldon Street.....

    No, very happy actually, I wish Howard well, just not with us. Maybe an appearence on Soccer AM might convince some he's a somehow going to come back on a winged white horse and catapult us to the Champions League, me? I just look at what he's done both before he came to Barnsley and after he left and have concluded he's just a bit crap.

    The point is he isn't crap, and would cost next to nothing, you need to stop being so bitter.
