'She warned Robins that they would look at all options, including jail, when she was sentenced' i know our jails are crowded but anyone who does something like that to a defenceless animal deserves severe punishment. if she gets away without jail it'll be a disgrace.
I don't know if the press are reporting on animal cruelty cases more or what but there seems to be an horrific case in the papers most weeks. I think the sentencing for animal cruelty should be looked at as there is obviously no deterrent.
