    Unfortunately

    Everyone seems to forget that Leeds owe £20M to someone, lots of people actually and if they go into admin then those people will hardly see a penny, that means many local firms lose out, I don't want to see anyone going under because Leeds take the easy option.

    have to agree to the Admin package of so much in the £ ?

    My understanding is that they could block the move.
