she is off school again as she has hurt her back and was in pain.

She has just shouted down and asked me if I would take her a drink and some food up ( she must be off colour if she's asking for food!)

She wants a ham and cheese sandwich on brown a chocolate milkshake and........

    Windy turn away

    Not sure

she now wants some carrot sticks as well.

Good job I've got the food in!!!!

Must admit Laura may be fussy with food but she does like fruit and vegetables (as long as I don't make her eat bananas)

    Just to let you know

    I feel much better now.

I've also been to see the Podiatrist and have even bigger/higher inserts in my shoes. I need to wear them to try to tilt my feet and make me less flatfooted.

I love them too. Remember picking the bits out with a needle when I was a kid.

Surely they rank up there with celery

As a negative calorie food. I remember eating them as a kid & I'm sure I must have expended more energy eating the seeds 1 at a time than I ever got out of them! I also can't remember finishing a full 1, I always got bored part way through!
