I have no idea if the story about the shirt is true or not but it does amaze me how most people dont seem to be able to believe anything the club tell them first hand eg statements re Howards transfer but will believe anything that is reported on Sky Sports without question.
bfc are a PR nightmare. if what sky are saying is true. shirt cost £40 media embarassment, lack of face with fans, ridicule, lack of pr image - £priceless. no idea at oakwell. no idea.
erm it amazes you? I think it is quite understandable considering the misinformation that comes out of the club in various forms, via the Oakwell Review etc. Does it really amaze you, or just typing dross?
RE: Unfortunately I have to completely agree Kingster! nt really? if its true what sky are saying? you still disagree? its not a good advertisement for the club if we wont let a record breaking 15 year old keep a shirt is it mate? in my opinion any way. you think its good publicity?
Re: Lazarus/Sky Sports nt
That shirt is a piece of football history now and is probably worth a lot more than £40.

RE: No mate, I completely agree with you! nt true. ive only had 3 pints as well. as should learn to read comments properly. soz
RE: who's Sue Sky ??? nt quality. the humour on here never fails. isnt sue the one who sucks golf balls through hosepipes?
Unlike you Conko I'm not in the habit of typing dross. Yes it does amaze me. Give me some examples of the misinformation.
I have to admit that I believe you are a wind up merchant. You cannot genuinely need me to give examples of lack of clarity and what amounts to misinformation from the club? I'm not saying that this is intentional on the clubs part. If you have posted your genuine thoughts then I respect your opinion. It had thought that you posted nonsense to play devil's advocate. Perhaps I am wrong.
Im not trying to play devils advocate I am genuinely amazed that people find it so easy to believe reported stories as opposed to first hand statements. Yes I would genuinely like some examples at misinformation from the club - not bad journalism or typos in the programme.
It will no doubt be framed and put on display, like it or lump it ,it is history until a younger player comes along
