    Didn't think you could loan out a player until they had signed professional terms with the club, and they can't do that until they are 17. One of the interesting things that was mentioned during Theo Walcotts transfer to Arsenal. Southampton( fans) thought they could get him back on loan for the rest of the season, FA politely reminded them that he was under 17 and therefore not yet a professional so couldn't be loaned.
