LDRed Running the Glasgow 10k for JDRF

On Sunday 2nd September I'm running the Glasgow 10K for JDRF, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, helping with kids suffering from type one diabetes.

I ran the same even last year as a personal goal after losing quite a bit of weight, so I've decided to run it again but this time for those in need.

Whether you can spare £1 or £10 every little helps, but there's no pressure either way if you do/don't want to donate
