What is wrong with some of you.

Brian is a good player who occasionally does not reach his usual high standards. So what! it happens to anyone...perhaps even some of you!

When he is on form the praise for him raises the rafters, but to hear some of you lot going at him now must make him wonder why he bothers.

Are some of you seriously saying that you would like him to leave?

For £1 million and the chance to have our best central midfielder permanently, yes id let him leave.

I like Howard but if true, £1M + Silva perm then I would take it.
Im sure GS would let Davey invest a large part of any cash we got for us to divert unrest amongst the fans.

Yes i mean Anderson and if this new lad is a defensive midfielder who letsAnderson play higher up the field then hewill be even better, Howards done very well for us but he is no Craig Hignett and i dont think he is prem quality. If we turn it down it will end up being another Martin Bullock deal

Any offer over £1m is going to be tempting, and maybe the board would be silly to turn down.
I do rate Howard though but not sure if he is prem quality. He looks comfortable in this league at times, but stepping upto top level / Europe playing alongside the likes of Arteta, Cahill, Neville he may look a little out of place.

    Agreed

He may not be playing as well as what we've seen this season, but I don't think he's playing too bad and certainly doesn't deserve to be dropped.

    RE: Agreed

Hes the most comfortable player on the ball since Dean Gorre, class player who isnt at the top of his game at the moment,I prefer him to De Silva.

When howard is on top form he gets more praise than any other player on the pitch so when he is going through a bad spell it is no supprise to see the fans on his back this is only coz they know he can do better and want to see him doing his best, personally i think howards problem this year has been the improvement in quality of his team mates, last year he was by far our best player but the lower quality of the rest of our team made this even more obvious this year as the whole team is preforming better, it shows more when he has an off game
