Something that I've pondered in all the recent news is that it was claimed he no longer trains due to a chronic knee injury. If that's so how the **** can he ever possibly be fit to do 90 minutes top level football? I don't train and half an hour in the garden with my six year old knackers me out.
Simple. He gets all his exercise from pounding the quims of fragile blonde ladies. It has little effect on his knee injury, but keeps him match fit. Maybe you should look into having a bit of intercourse? It might just do you some good. Glad to be of assistance.
RE: Paul McGrath never trained cause of his knee I knew someone would mention Paul McGrath. There's a couple ofpoints about that (1) McGrath was (is) a freak and (2) the game is faster and more athletic now. I think he used the beer as a pain killer ;-) Sir Stanley Mattews played professionally at 52 (I think) Idon't see that being matched in the modern era.
I tried that once.... ....and ended up with offspring. Not doing that again. Dunno where the others came from mind....
He's the best defender England has apparently Must be a kick in the teeth for Jonathan Woodgate, John Terry and Rio Ferdinand seeing as King only has one leg....
RE: I tried that once.... You ended up being loved by the band Offspring? I bet they thought you were pretty fly ... and all that. Kids are rubbish. They never go away. I wish I'd stuck to pets.
think how good he'd be if he did train. How does he keep fit - well he does 90 mins every week. Nowhere near in his league but I used to do 2x2hour weekday training for my sport and then play at the weekend but problem with knee so had to give up the training bit just to be able to walk on the days between training - still coped with matches though!
thought he would be doing something like that: it's a case of cutting out the high impact stuff - swimming's boring though int it
i used enjoy swimming on a wdnesday at Pinds forge when Hallma uni girls team trained but thata different matter... otherwise its dull as.
