    Probably because of loyalty which is very rare in football these days. For the level he's at he's had a better budget than most championship sides and still not got them promoted, yet the chairman has stood by him. He probably wants a promotion on his managerial CV. If he leaves now and fails at Leicester his managerial record won't say much. But if he gets Huddersfield up this season and then he moves on later he's got something to show for his time at the Funny Farm sorry Galpharm.

    Eddie Howe ruled himself out of the burnley job but went a week later - been linked to Pompey job but says he's 100% committed to burnley which probably means come and get me
