out of prison in the summer.... guess he's served his time , can he still make a go of it in football ? http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/o/oldham_athletic/6703663.stm
"He has paid the price for what occured" Not in my opinion . "We would ask supporters and the general public not to pass moral judgement". So having morals is wrong ? Yeah , okay Oldham (!)
RE: "He has paid the price for what occured" out in 3 years for killing someone is disgraceful.
i hope he gets some proper abuse at the grounds he plays at next season.

Agreed there, mate... Why shouldn't we pass a moral judgement? I think people can atone for what they've done but he's just going to walk out of the nick into another extremely well-paid job without a hitch - almost as though nothing has happened. Only in football (and acting, music, etcetera) would this actually happen... If Oldham were as sympathetic to the victim as they claim they wouldn't have approached him...
He got 6 years in 2004 ..... and 'is nearing ........ ....... the end of his sentence'??? Why do they do that? Give somebody 6 years then let them out in 3? Never mind the 'good behaviour' ******, if the judge thought that the crime deserved 6 years in prison, he should do 6 years and not a day less, the **** should have got at least 10 years for legging it after the accident in my opinion
