Mr Johnson, have you finally grown a pair and seen the light, as recent results suggest you have grabbed the nettle and gone for 442 attack mode. Not sure if this was the last chance saloon to save yours and Bens arse, but whatever you have done in the last few games keep it up !!

I have given you a right f*cking in recent weeks and deservedly so, HOWEVER, Hammill and Isgrove hugging the wings with chalk on their boots and Winnall with a partner up front = HEY PRESTO we are back in the game, the performances have been chalk and cheese and it's brilliant to hear Oakwell singing again.

White and Hammil on the same flank are killing opposition and the lad from Man U (Fletcher) looks a brilliant prospect.

B*llox to the chess possession game and pinching a one nil win, lets score 3 and the others score two and have the attack mentality as in recent weeks.

We will always give one goal away per game and the recent tactics will combat this, so keep getting at the opposition and the high pressing attacking wing play game, that's what we want to see.

We need three older heads coming in the January window to add some steel and we can push up the league and hopefully get to Wembley also.

Tosh - Credit where it is due mate - LJ has been gash until recent weeks then 442

happened !!!

LJ hopefully has now seen the light 442 formation with wingers piling in the crosses for two front men and aggressive attacking football

he has shored up the defence a bit with Long and White and has helped a great deal

get three older heads in and we can go places, we have been crying out for this
