With 4 straight wins, which added to the 2 overseen by Hecky and Burton.

Many said after we'd gone through our stretch of no wins in 9, and then the poor run of form earlier on this season, that this was a complete fluke and more down to the work done by the previous management duo.

And now he's strung 6 of his own wins together, with largely his own team. I know he'll still have his critics, some valid opinions, some cutting their nose off to spite their face, but you can't deny that it's starting to become exciting to be a reds fan again.

Patience is key. We might just be a bit too far back to mount a challenge this season, as our run will eventually come to an end; but it's encouraging to think that we're now keeping clean sheets, not making silly mistakes at the back, taking our chances still, and seemingly still functioning without Hammill and White who were seemingly the catalyst to our upturn in form.

    Can't wait for Fleetwood now.
