lets take a look at a few managers who have come in and made a big success of the football managing job.

Roberto Martinez (now 41) mixed success at the moment in the prem ... but look how far he took Swansea. Talking of Swansea lets look at his successor..

Brendan Rodgers (now 42) he too did well with Swansea... and is perhaps struggling a little bit at Liverpool, I still think he is doing a decent job there

Eddie Howe ( now 37) well need I say more abot his success with Bournemouth... AFTER FIVE YEARS.... now that's what I call a long term plan Jase.

Gary Monk (now 35) Swansea again , but he is keeping their heads well above water.

so now we come to a young manager called Lee Johnson... just 33 years old... obviously too young .. too inexperienced .. for the MASSIVE we call Barnsley..

if we do relocate why not go to Hillsboro... we are beginning to get more and more like them each and every freakin day
