Just watched his post match Scunny interview. Love the guys positive approach; good sense of humour and he clearly is putting his heart and soul into the job. He looked absolutely knackered but was still able to maintain a lively and honest approach. Trust Faith Patience Red tide rising.
Happy Clapper alert! Jury out for thereev...give him a season to see how he fares would be fair in a world of fairness even though he hasn't got fair hair. hth
I didn't know what to expect when he was first appointed. But since then, I too have been impressed with his passion, determination and application. He's made mistakes and will make more. But I've yet to meet someone who didn't. I'm confident we've appointed a good 'un and am willing to give him the time to move the club forwards and believe he'll do so. Others may think differently, as is their right, but I'm fully behind Lee Johnson.
Amen. Positivity and support. Nice to see. I agree. I fully support him. Doesn't mean He's immune from mistakes. Really hope he gets a few years and achieves what he is clearly ambitious for. Seems a decent bloke to boot.
Id be more inclined to question why we've played pretty much full strength teams in 2 cup competitions but rested key players for the league game in between? Piss poor management if you ask me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
We played a full strength squad against Everton, Lee would have been slated by a lot of fans if we hadn't. 120 minutes against a premier league side will take a lot out of most players so rested some on Saturday. They were duly rested and then picked for last night!! That's not poor management, that's common sense! Just out of curiosity, would you have preferred us to have played our U21's against Everton?
A thousand hail Mary's " development squad" One nil to you seen as everyone is point scoring these days....
Because he was played against Everton, a game that we were very unlikely to win in a competition we were very unlikely to progress far in. The squad should have been managed much more suitably and the league should have been prioritised. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
