Leeds star player joining Galatasary ....

I know the awful tragedy was a good few years ago but surely ......... crass move to say the least.

 

Wants to go down the Harry Kewell route of ruining his standing in the eyes of Leeds fans. It was even worse when Harry ruined his legendary status to join them as he was around when it happened.

 

Don't see the problem.

An awful tragedy yes..

But it was a crime commited by members of the public.

 

Danny Mills just said on Talksport that he's sure Kewell is no longer welcome to set foot in Leeds. He played in that semi final so for him to have that view he must have you'd think the same feelings about him.

 

From what I've read its the fact that the blowkes who did it are all now out and will probably be cheering him on.

It's got to wrankle I reckon.

Plenty of our fan's despise Winnall for the way he left and especially the timing and the club.

 

Agree completely. Man gets new job. Move along. Nothing to see here.

 

They seem to be missing the fact he's from North Macedonia anyway, many of whom consider themselves Turkish and the two countries have strong ties.
He's merely going home, nearly. Don't recall the outrage over the last 4 years.

 

It's petty, and small-minded from their fans, but I feel the same whenever one of ours goes to Sheffold Yoonited, after what happened with Hume (plus the fact that their announcer said 'well played, Chris Morgan' when they were beating us later that same season.)

That's football fans for you. Doesn't take much for them to circle the wagons.

 

Had to Google who we were talking about. Thought it was Bamford, Phillips or that Spanish kid. I wouldn't really call Alioski a star player but its just another job whether the fans hate the idea or not. I'm the same if Barnsley players go to Sheffield. Doesn't bother me on the slightest. Its a game of football.

 

At least their games might not go on as long with all the rolling about on the floor he does.

 

I remember when we played them last season and I think he was winding Anderson up or something in the tunnel and Leeds fans were loving his shthousery on social media sharing videos and laughing about what a character he is. Not so much happy with his shthousery now though are they??? Hahahaha fkm em.
