Well sorry, but more fool you, It'll be £more next season. Boycott is the only option the money men understand.
They'll be in the Premier League and charging £50 plus next season. As would our club. In fact, we were charging £30 for games against Bristol City two years ago. I'm not happy about the price, but it's the only time Danny Wilson will return as manager so I wasn't missing out. But I fully understand why some aren't willing to pay it.
The problem I have Whitey is they the Leeds fans don't pay 36 pound. When Barnsley played Bristol Barnsley fans would have had to pay 30 pound too.
Those £30 tickets probably cost us a thousand regulars at least. I didn't have a season ticket that year and went to less than half of the home games, several of those on my own as the usual crowd I went with weren't bothered and haven't really bothered much since.
I haven't been with BFC since the year we drew 3-3 under Robins, so I'm not sure, but don't we sit in one of the side stands, seperated from Leeds fans who also sit there and pay the same? I honestly don't know for sure. Are you going Saturday, pal?
Totally agree with you. I had a season ticket then so it didn't affect me. But the year previous, we charged £16 for Bristol City. Absolute farce that was, and one thing the club got horrendously wrong and are still paying for it now.
there's no way i'd have been going, but what can i say. first game under danny, away at leeds? i've had to bite my tongue and cough up...
Never going to happen though . As idiots like me and some on here will pay the price Walking in a Wilson wonderland
I play football Saturdays but if my game ends up been postponed can you pay on the gate at Barnsley end or is it all ticket? I know il be able to pay and sit in Leeds end but not keen on paying £30 and not been with our fans. Thanks
