Does anyone on here live around the area where there's been huge fires and flipped police cars? Does it seem to be settling down or getting worse?

There's been a stabbing in Wigan today as well, people being hurt due to poor facilities with trains down London.

What on earth is happening in this country, seemingly more & more!

 

Hope our Leeds posters and their loved ones are all OK.

Should be quite a few prison sentences coming.

Shocking scenes, used to live a couple of miles from there and been in and around the area plenty. It's not got the best rep... but this is still seriously shocking. Watched loads of videos online of people setting fire to buses and all sorts. Horrendous.

 

I don't even know what it is about yet mate. I've just seen pictures saying from Leeds today and odd bits.

 

Doubt that no police to arrest them .

 

Apparently started with police forcibly removing some kids from a house... seen a video that is allegedly the father basically explaining (in slightly broken English) that one of his kids got injured somehow and now they're being accused of abuse or something. Take that with a slight pinch of salt as it wasn't overly clear but I've seen various reports that up to 5 kids were removed by police. It sounds like perhaps social services were there initially and it escalated to police being called. Again, just what I've read. Then I presume neighbours, friends have seen what was going on and it's all kicked off and escalated very badly.

 

Have they just realised they lost the play off final

 

Is this actually real? This is why I tend to wait out before passing comment these days!

Always worth reminding yourself that crime in this country is pretty much lower than it's ever been. Obviously that doesn't help anybody who's experienced it themself, but it helps me to bear that in mind when rumours fly over social media so quickly!

 

Not sure I'd be trusting info from an account whose followers manage to rustle that up as the 'most sent' response. Pretty sure I know what I'd find if I delved slightly into all of those users' posts.

 

Your not kidding was working there last year and saw a proper scrap between a seagull and a rat over a box of Macdonalds fries the rat was getting the upper hand untill about 5 of the seagulls mates turned up and gave it a proper kicking

 

It’s not the Muslims who’ve done it, it’s the Roma community. A family had 2 children removed and placed into care due to neglect, one of which fell out of a bus window. So many Roma gangs were called to action across social media and this was the result of it.

Unfortunately, that particular community can be very dangerous. We’ve allowed far too many wrong uns and criminals in for years. I fear this is only the start.

 

It’s real. There were quite a few idiots involved in setting the bus on fire, none of who even slightly tried to hide their identity.
