Lee Johnson's side earned a hard fought point at Leyton Orient to stretch the unbeaten run to seven games with just one goal conceded.

Talking to the media following the match Johnson said, "I have to say I'm pleased. I know you probably shouldn't say your pleased with a point, but I knew it would be a tough game, I knew coming here after a tough game on Saturday would be emotionally draining. I changed the shape - did it work Probably not in my opinion so I have to take a little bit on the chin there, but I changed it pretty quickly. The minute we went back to the 4-3-3 we were good then.

"I thought we kept and moved the ball much better and from then on we were okay. The keeper dug us out a couple of times. He's saved us a couple of points already in this run and probably saved us a point today.

"We had a couple of opportunities and got into some decent areas, got down the inside left very well but didn't quite have the end product. I have to say in the grand scheme of things that was a decent point."

Very refreshing to hear "I changed the shape - did it work Probably not in my opinion so I have to take a little bit on the chin there, but I changed it pretty quickly.

    Not enough managers do that.

got to admit I like the fact he's prepared to change things and if it doesn't work he's willing to change back
