Re: It's the new crime in football The story on the Leicester Mercury website about Drinkwater had one comment from a fan asking if the club have any scouts! He said "We only seem to buy players after they've played against us....watch out Southampton fans, we'll be after your players next week!" It's a joke amongst their own fans.

They're trying to buy success and they're in the championship, yes the old second division yet at one point they'd spent more than Arsenal. They've spent a fortune on players and Sven the fraud doesn't come (or go) cheaply. It would be nice if we had something like a level playing field so talent could prevail rather than rich men buying their way to success. Is it so wrong to want to see a modicum of fairness in the game?
