Tough looking run in - but then they're bound to take 3 pts off Preston

You get this awful feeling Preston will suddenly come up with the goods in that game. Would much prefer Leicester to get 4 points from next 2 games and hopefully come to Oakwell safe..........................for me the Southend game will - and has been for a long time - pivotal. A win and we are almost home and dry. A draw would be ok - a defeat and we may need at least 6 points from the last 3 games.......a big ask. A possible scenario is that if we beat Southend - and Leeds fail to beat Burnley - then a win ve Palace guarantees us safety. I wouldn't have thought I would be typing this possibility 24 hours earlier!

I'd be happier if Leicester got dragged into it

It's a difficult one. The more teams dragged in then the more chance you have of other slipping up and bailing you out after a bad result. However, I think the odd's favourable to us sway slightly towards them being safe. If they are they may blood a few youngsters, taken their foot off the gas etc. If they are not they will want the points as much as we do and we could be in for a right old dogfight.
