Just been listening to 5 Live
Quess what they have been saying about Les Reed the Charlton manager
'Les has got all the official badges to be an excellent coach but how can a bloke with no previous managerial experience manage a Premeirship club'

Kenny Dalgliesh and Keegan did alright. Chris Coleman's doing a good job.

So, if Simon Davey is not the man for the job purely because he doesn't have any managerial experience, how do those with experience gain it in the first place?!
