Box office closed at 12.00 and I got there at 12.15 and no shirts in my sons size until Tuesday.

Why on a Saturday cant the place stay open until tea time? Its not uncommon for some people to work until dinner on a Saturday is it?

    Bloody annoying!

Try checking the closing times before you go next time then.

How many times in the last few weeks has it been posted on here that they close at 12 on Saturdays?!

Instead of trying to be sarcastic why not read the post properly?

My problem is that I cant see any reason why they dont stay open later on a Saturday to give people chance to get down there.

Well, I've no idea why they can't stay open till teatime - perhaps contacting the club to ask them might be a good idea.

You did say you didn't get there til 12:15....so I was merely pointing out that it's been mentioned numerous times what the opening hours are.

Staying open till teatime is a good Idea, trouble is

Barnsley FC dont do good ideas.
They dont do anything to make it easier for the CUSTOMER.
I did ask them why the so called Superstore shut at 12 on Sat, they said it only stays open later on match days, again I asked why, the reply was " Well it always been like that" so I suggested that it may be a good idea to stay open longer at other times , the reply " we only get paid till 12"
fecking unbelievable at times this Club.

They might not get so much business later on a saturday so don't see the point paying the wages for them to stay open??

BUT IF THEY DID THEY MIGHT DO. they would have got at least 140 quid from me for a start.

The market doesnt shut at 12, even tho they might not take any money after then, or is it different to expect a football club to be run like any other business and to put their customers at the forefront of their thoughts.
Barnsley Football Club are a Business and there are some people working there that really do try and help, but there are far too many that are too far up their own arses.
The club provide a VERY shoddy service and while ever people put up with it , it will not get any better.
