We all know Keith Hill has a tough job on his hands (budget.....we get reminded every day).

    BUT

We, as a club, and that means Keith Hill, Don Rowing and Pat Cryne have not learned the lesson(s) from last season.

Last season : sold Vaz Te, Butterfield and lost Drinkwater.......did we replace them......NO and consequence was we went on a shocking run

This season : lost Craig Davies and had an injury lis as long as my arm.......did we bring in adequate short-term replacements......NO and consequence we are on a shocking run.

You cannot simply blame Keith Hill for everything, although I do believe he is nowhere near as good as he thinks he is and is now on his last legs. The Club in general have to take a long hard look at themselves and prepare to accept they have made fundamental mistakes on the field ie. poor and inadequate recruitment.

his team selection is baffling on the bench last night were 4 players who every fan knows shouid be in the starting 11, he constantly disregards these for his inferior Rochdale chums this is what hurts me and unless he starts to pick teams on ability and not favoritism his position will always be in danger

The misatke has been not expaning the ownership structure of the club over the last seven years. Now this is coming home to roost.

The club is run by an administrator. He's not a business man, ideas are suppressed if they don't suit, there is no innovation and only reasons why something CANNOT be done are ever given.

One up front..............Dagnall who hasn't scored in League for REDS and is a midget

Kennedy at right back (when he is predominantly left footed) Bobby Hassell is on bench

No Silva despite him being fit and raring to go (apparently played well in the 10-15 mins he got at Hull)

Persisting with Done............heart as big as a garden pea............should have taken the £500K no argument/debate required

Dropping Foster when I think the better pairing would actually be Foster/McNulty and not Wiseman/McNulty

    etc.

NOT VERY GOOD IS IT ?

Personally id put mcnulty on the same bus out of barnsley as wiseman, granted he likes to try and play football but at the end of the day he's a ***** centre half, in my opinion anyway
