    RE: hardly his fault really, his limitations were obvious to all

    before he was appointed.

    The FA are the real plonkers....he is just a human being who was not good enough to do the job he was paid lots to do!

    Scott Carson was thrown in at the deep end in the biggest game of Mcclarens reign and capitulated spectacularly...

    or what about Beckhams dropped, Beckhams back....

    Mcclaren should have never got the job, the FA were so obsessed by appointing an English manager and it blew up in their face....

    The fact that he wasn't good enough, and everyone knew it, simply compounds the felony!

    The FA were the guilty men for bottling it and going for the 'safety' of a yes man!

    Viz the fault lies with the FA, more than the inadequate that they appointed.
