We are at a very chancy stage of the season. We could still go down.
Instead of speculating and castigating about a situation on which we have no idea, perhaps we should remember that we badly need the talents of every man we have got.
So let's not pre-empt eh? This is not going to be sorted out quickly, and the players have us to face again fairly soon. Any reflected negativity will only play into he hands of those up against us and ultimately push us further towards the drop.
No player is bigger than the club - but we need them all at the moment - don't let something that is totally unproven help to seal our fate. We can deal with this later, if and when it is right to.
Let's put a lid on this please!

I think it wants sorting out quickly, why let it drag on and on. I agree it 's come at the worst possible time for BarnsleyFC. The players concerned should be delt with, either by the police, or the club. Personally i think it could have a knock-on effect on our chances of survival. Footballers!! over paid show offs with little brain. But still inocent until proven guilty. (titanic)
?? Difficult to get to grips with that. You can't expect folk on here not to speculate cos that's what this here thing is all about. Inuendo, half truth and mischievous factomundo are the life blood of the board. Can't see what effect that will have on the players. They all know what happened and it's up to Davey to judge whether the investigations are having an adverse effect.
And now its in the wider media "ITV" it will not go away until an outcome is reached. If Barnsley FC really do stand behind the " Kick racism out of football" then Mr Shepherd really will need to have his best public relations hat on. Hiding heads in the sand will do no good, this aint going to go away
RE: ?? I'm more concerned with how the fans' perception might be viewed, either in our inimitable way of spouting all sorts of verbals, or the reception the players might be given.
You're right - you can't stem speculation, but surely you must accept that this is a most unwelcome situation at a crucial time.
Let's just step back from anything that could accelerate our demise. The club will still be here long after these players have moved on. Let's try and do all we can to make sure we're still in this division afterwards.
