    RE: If we're forming brigades...

What about the "Get Rid Of Davey Without A Clue Who Would Come To Replace Him Brigade"?

Getting rid of Davey won't solve the poor form/tactics/organisation/confidence... getting a better manager might solve these problems though.

We're struggling to get any players to come to our little club. With this in mind PC can only get rid of Davey if he hs a good idea that a satisfactory replacement is lined up.

I'd like to see Davey succeed - we've had enough chopping & changing in the last 10 years to put many potential replacements off.

Yep, pretty stupid of him... Davey tried it once before, using his pace to try & counter pace of opposition strikers. Didn't work then, didn't work tonight.

I'm not defending him as an ideal manager for us... I'm just saying, get a replacemet lined up first or we may end up begging Spackman to return :'(

What annoys me is those screaming to get rid of him without any suggestion of a good replacement.

This is the problem when a club doesn't have a board of directors. Patrick Cryne has always said he would keep the club afloat but he didn't want hands on control. After the F A's treatment of Ian Hume Barrie Taylor should be long gone and Don who????
