Heckingbottom needs to be getting in contact with the top clubs and seeing how many of these players are available.

Let season we got a lot of second-rate loan players in my opinion apart from Janko.

I think some of these players in the u20 squad will be going out on loan. Strike early and show that we are the club for these young players.

I put a lot of these players on here last year and told they were just Kids. BS. They are talented young men with a great amount of ability and if you see them there they are strong men.

Aye that Adam Armstrong ripped it up for us last season.

Hrs a very good player, but not very good at the job we asked him to do.

Three of the players in that squad have already played for Barnsley.
I think the club is already aware of the talent of young players, and the ones that are within our reach.

AA scored some vital goals for Barnsley last season but if you go back to when we signed him I wasn't pleased because he wasn't the type of player we needed. Not Adam's fault at all but the head coach for bringing him in when a totally different player was needed.

Not sure if you were at Rotherham or Preston but the game was won but a bit of magic from him.

I'm talking the top youngsters. Some aren't in the squad.
We got it wrong on recruitment last summer in permanents and loan players for me and I'm not convinced with it's going any better this.

Personally I think we should be signing players and supplementing those signings with a limited number of loanees feather than rushing out to borrow other people's players who we will have to replace again and again every year stopping us from ever having any consistency

Yet the season before, when he played for a club that wasn't your beloved Reds, he was the best thing since sliced bread and you couldn't wait to see him at Oakwell.

2 games out of 46 didn't really help us much. He could get away with things in L1 but to Champ. defenders he was mostly just another speedy little forward to deal with. Bread and butter. Someone liked Hourihane turned up in every game he played in, not just the odd match. We need players like that. Preferably our own, not some £20k a week flash-boy.

I've seen a lot written by Hecky, and probably a lot more written by you. So when you say "What Hecky needs to do......." I just chuckle to myself.

This speed that he had. Can anyone remember any moments in the season in which the lazy **** used it? I don't remember him sprinting past anyone once. Not one single time.

I saw moments of speed from Kent, Roberts, bree, Watkins, hourihane, hammill, Williams and more but I don't remember seeing a single moment of speed from Barry big head

Do you not think he has already done that?
Don't forget HT, that there won't just be Barnsley asking the question....but every other championship team, a lot of the smaller premier league clubs.. as well as league one and 2.
But then the deal HAS to be right for BFC. Do we really want deals like (allegedly) the Ryan Kent deal?
I don't think Hecky would want to be in a position where he has to play a young Lad because the club will get financially punished if they don't honour the deal that was struck.
The Kent deal, I suppose, worked out in the end. But what if a young Lad was brought in, in the frimpong mould, and we have to keep playing him... even though he was poor and gave nothing to the team?

I am pretty sure Paul is working his little socks off behind the scenes, quietly and efficiently, to get the best group of players together that we can.
And I'm almost certain that he won't need you, me or anyone else outside the club, telling him how to do his job!

Adam Armstrong, Mason Holgate, Harry Chapman, Alfie Mawson, Joe Wildsmith, John Stones, Calum Connely, Kieran Trippier and Jack Butland all in the England set up.

I'd say we've got quite a habit of picking up and developing the best young players as well as producing our own.

Add to that Hourihane, Watkins and Yiadom who have all had their first calls ups since developing under Hecky.

The amount of money in the top flight is putting a lot of that talent out of our reach. The Palace chairman mentioned that the average wage for young pro's in the Premier League is touching £30k.

So even if they we are asked to pay 10%, that's going on £3k part week on someone that may not be suited to Championship football...

It would be stupid to say he only helped in two games. They were massive moments in goals that he was the sole difference to a win. That was more than the points that the club picked up but the confidence the team picked up. He got a lot of game changing goals. The statistics around first goals are impressive and he got a lot of them in games. Anyone at Villa Park will surely say that we weren't on top and his goal gave Barnsley something to battle for. Goal down in the capital at Brentford. Him scoring that goal early gave us the advantage with out counter style.

Sole difference to win? He was utter white at Rotherham and the reason we won was Evans came on and changed the game. Armstrong was the player who scored the goal but it was his sole contribution in the entire match

nonsense. Talked to a Rotherham fan straight after that game and all he was talking about was how they were worried about AA every time he got the ball.

With Armstrong it would be interesting to see how many of the people criticism watch football outside of Yorkshire.

That last sentence makes absolutely no sense.

As for talking to Rotherham fans after the game who were worried about AA. Course they were... Just like how Ghana are an amazing team when frimpong plays for them but a **** one when yiadom plays for them. You make up so many lies to fit your agendas that nobody believes a word you say.

    Wolf! Wolf!

Ghana have gone down hill in the last few years.
Gone are the days when they had players like Michael Essien, one of the best players in the world playing for them.
The African cup of Nations is rubbish. You have players pulling out of playing in it. Matip was one of those and the best ACN team Nigeria weren't even there in the last event. They are the only African team worth watching.

the answer by combining it with a spelling test to confirm your grasp of English".

"Please spell F*CK as in MONEY".

Candidate " There is no F*ck in money."

Response " Correct I'm very pleased to be able tell you you've got the job. Can you start on the 12 th June.?"

Although it doesnt involve us anymore Im interested to see where Armstrong ends up again next season. It will be on loan in the Champship again, so I wonder if the Fowls or the Blunts will show an interest.
