We have other problems equally as pressing

We will go down because we don't score enough goals IMO - not because Muller (who was hero to us all before his injury) has made a few clangers

I agree James G.I've been watching Barnsley about 45 years and in my opinion Muller is probably the best keeper we've ever had.Having said that it may be time to take him out of the firing line after the last 2 games.Steele is a very good keeper so I would have no qualms about him taking over.

Exactly - a good keeper who's made a couple of mistakes of late. We had to put up with goal keeping mistakes nearly every game before he came along.

Its been more than a couple of mistakes of late - i think Steele deserves a chance he hadnt done anything that suggested he should have been dropped when Muller came back, Muller however has done.

rest Muller for one game ,remember for the last month or so being played every two or three days, give him chance to recover and recompose himself,
I blame it on fatigue ,sometimes you don't realize that you've overdone it a little ,a rested and more composed Muller would have been more decisive, and back to his normal superb self.

nowt to do with been tired, there all lacking in confidence which will have at some point an imact on muller. Drop muller and hes will be off in the summer if davey stays. I think steel is a good keeper but muller is better imo. Made mistakes but aint they all?

Don't think its tiredness, he's a keeper for a start

Which is physically the easiest position to play in. Plus his performances have been off since he was rushed back months and months ago.

Steele should never have been dropped and should have been brought back in when Mullers performances were below par. Instead davey put his golden boy between the sticks and refused to move him until we got to the point on monday where his confidence was completly shot to pieces and he was stood with his fists clenched, head hung low and shaking in the penalty area a few minutes after the third goal went in.

he's a very good keeper, still needs dropping though based on form.

if you aren't on form you should make for someone else to be given a chance

One difference between Muller & Steele (as I see it)

The way Steele yells "Keeper" at the top of his voice when he comes for a ball he leaves no one in any doubt it's his. Muller, on the other hand seems to come out in total silence so no-one knows what's happening and confusion reigns! Moore, Foster, Souza or whoever is at Centre Back are not mind readers and have not developed an understanding with Muller. I reckon this has cost us at least half-a dozen goals this season.
